Paper Dog is an international graphics, multimedia and branding agency. We produce online, digital, motion and printed marketing and corporate communications campaigns for clients across the TV production industry, video game technology industry, and also with Third Sector organisations and charities.
We’re a small, close-knit team with offices in London and Hungary and a presence in Nova Scotia, Canada. Our teams work together to deliver outstanding design work and build close working relationships with our clients across the globe.
We’re looking for an experienced project manager, preferably with a background in motion graphics production - ideally with past experience of Unreal Engine. We expect this role to include managing our team and delivering projects for at least one of our major clients in the video game technology industry.
Our ideal candidate is somebody who has design or motion graphics experience both as a designer and as a project manager. They will be able to demonstrate a strong portfolio of managing and delivering large campaigns with multiple deliverables ranging from branding, digital and motion assets, keynotes, event branding and social media assets.
We are looking for someone who:
• Can foster excellent relationships with clients and our design, motion and UI/UX teams
• Has a proven experience in working alongside designers, strategists and clients/stakeholders
• Has a robust knowledge and experience of using Asana and Monday
• Is an expert in preparing and overseeing detailed project timelines and specifications, and managing the design process from brief to delivery
• Is highly organised and able to prioritise and allocate workloads effectively across the team
• Has strong communications skills - in person, over email and on calls - that can be adapted to suit external clients, internal stakeholders and the wider design team
• Has a strong work ethic and a willingness to go the extra mile
The job is based in our Bermondsey Street (London SE1) office. It would initially be a studio based role as this allows for really valuable time building good relationships with the wider design team and understanding how Paper Dog works. The role could become hybrid once your abilities have been sufficiently demonstrated with clients and the team.
Salary is negotiable, depending on experience and skills.
We’re hoping to hire somebody in early 2025 but there is no time limit on applications - we’re looking for the right person, so we’ll go through each application individually and get in touch with people that we’d like to meet.
To apply, please send your CV and examples of print and digital work by email to
