Paper Dog is an international graphics, multimedia and branding agency. We produce online, digital, motion and printed marketing and corporate communications campaigns for clients across the TV production industry, video game technology industry, and also with Third Sector organisations and charities.
We’re a small, close-knit team with offices in London and Hungary and a presence in Nova Scotia, Canada. Our teams work together to deliver outstanding design work and build close working relationships with our clients across the globe.
We are growing our in-house motion graphics team and are looking for a skilled motion designer with significant technical design experience using Unreal Engine for animation and for production of motion assets, and who is looking for a unique challenge in the use of UE.
Our ideal candidate has:
• An extremely thorough working knowledge of Unreal Engine, and potentially other products in the Epic ecosystem
• A working knowledge of supporting 3D and animation software - eg After Effects, C4D, Maya
• Has a proven experience in working alongside graphic designers, strategists and clients/stakeholders to deliver campaigns
• Has experience using Asana, Monday and Figma
• Is organised and able to prioritise their workloads effectively
• Is able to mentor junior and midweight UE designers
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, internal stakeholders and the wider design team
• Has a strong work ethic and a willingness to go the extra mile
The job is based in our Bermondsey Street (London SE1) office. It would initially be a studio based role as this allows for really valuable time building good relationships with the wider design team and understanding how Paper Dog works. The role could become hybrid once your abilities have been sufficiently demonstrated with clients and the team.
Salary is negotiable, depending on experience and skills.
We’re hoping to hire somebody in early 2025 but there is no time limit on applications - we’re looking for the right person, so we’ll go through each application individually and get in touch with people that we’d like to meet.
To apply, please send your CV and examples of print and digital work by email to
